CS in store can't be bothered. She doesn't even move an inch from her seat when customer are browsing the tiles. Very slow response, do not even inform you back in Whatsapp because she forgets. Not very knowledgeable regarding the products. The sales guy is totally the opposite though. Fast response and only slow response when out of town. Good knowledge of the stock and product. Products are of good quality, lots of patterns and designs to choose from. You can even pre-design your room from the Niro website.
